Graduate in Political Science and International Relations from ITAM. Master in Public Policies and Gender at FLACSO México. Consultant in disasters and humanitarian crises with a gender perspective. Activist and consultant in Advocacy on Menstrual Management in vulnerable communities.
Cynthia Uscanga

Sin embargo, el trabajo en el tercer sector me ha brindado la oportunidad de mirar al mundo de una manera más sensible, empática, humanista y con una actitud de servicio. Estoy a favor de las causas encaminadas a disminuir las brechas qué nos permitan vivir en una sociedad equilibrada, justa y con mejores oportunidades, sobre todo para las infancias.

Lic. en ciencias del deporte con especialidad acuática, egresada de la universidad YMCA México, coach de natación y nadadora de aguas abiertas, gestora y productora de eventos deportivos y corporativos, de 2017 al 2023 fungió como coordinadora en la división de cultura física y deporte en el IMSS, siendo parte del comité organizador de los juegos deportivos nacionales ODEIMSS 2019, 2021, 2022, particularmente en la gestión de las pruebas de natación, en 2024 voluntaria para construcción de una escuela en una comunidad de puebla con la fundación all hands and hearts. Actualmente cuenta con una agencia de viajes deportivos para nadadores, en Bacalar México (Bacalar Swim Club)
